The 2023 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo will take place Nov. 4-7 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. This annual event features keynote and breakout sessions on various topics.
Healthcare Design is providing a sneak peek of some upcoming educational sessions through Q+A interviews with speakers, where they share what topics will be covered and key takeaways they intend to give attendees.
Session Title: Future-Proofing Emergency Departments – Establishing Adaptable Environments for Addressing Community Crises
Speakers included Dr. Ben Bassin, Vice President at Blue Cottage of CannonDesign and co-Founder of Emerging Healthcare Design Consulting; Brian Silva, an Associate Vice President with CannonDesign; Cemal Sozener (Co-Founder Emerging Healthcare Design Consulting); and Steven Petrovic, Executive Director for Emergency Medicine & Orthopaedic Surgery at University of Cincinnati Health.
