HCD VIRTUAL CEU INFORMATION.

HCD Virtual’s educational content meets accreditation requirements accepted by most major credentialing organizations. As continuing education requirements may differ depending on state and national agencies, attendees should contact their credentialing agencies directly for specific approval criteria and CE credits are awarded when participating in virtual conference sessions.

To obtain Continuing Education Credits, the following criteria must be fulfilled.
Conference registration fees must be fully paid.
Attendees must attend sessions until completion; no leaving before its conclusion occurs.
All CE provider forms must be completed and legible in order to receive your certificates of attendance from conference attendance. Failure to fulfill these criteria will result in no certificate being awarded; there will be no exceptions made herein. We appreciate you heeding these guidelines! Thank you for being part of this event.

Please be aware: Attendance at the session “Finance for Designers: What CFOs Wish Their Design Teams Knew” will not qualify for CEU credit due to it taking place as an interactive meeting and not as a webinar; HCD Virtual cannot accurately record how long participants attend meetings for CEUs.

Architects
Complete and submit the AIA verification form (be sure to mark off which sessions you attended), then keep this document for future reference.
CE credits will be uploaded to the AIA transcript system within four to six weeks after the close of a conference, and you will receive an electronic certificate of completion via email. Interior Designers
Complete and maintain an IDCEC Verification Form as proof of attendance – this will be accepted.
At the conclusion of each conference, participants will self-submit their credits directly into IDCEC system. If you need assistance reporting credits, contact your interior design association that oversees mandatory continuing education requirements for membership requirements (EDAC, for instance).
Complete and save the EDAC Verification FormOpens in new window/redirects to external site for your records.
Your CE credits should be self-submitted to Scantron at the time of EDAC renewal. Scantron will send renewal notices with login instructions six and three months in advance of your renewal date, providing proof of attendance in case an audit occurs. A verification form serves as proof.
